Fund Manager - Alternative Investment

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Fund Manager AIF to lead our operations. The ideal candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience and a strong background in fund management, private equity, or broking, with experience in managing portfolios and making strategic investment decisions. This role is an excellent opportunity for sub-brokers, brokers, or professionals who have wound up their business and are looking for a leadership role in fund management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the investment strategies and execution for the AIF.

• Develop and implement investment strategies based on market trends, risk assessment, and client objectives.

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis of stocks, market movements, and economic indicators to guide investment decisions.

• Ensure proper risk assessment and compliance with regulatory requirements in all investment activities.

• Work closely with high-net-worth clients, institutional investors, and stakeholders to ensure portfolio growth and performance.

• Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations.

• Prepare periodic reports on portfolio performance and investment outlook.

• Prepare and present detailed performance reports, market insights, and investment rationales to clients.

• Coordinate with research analysts, dealers, and back-office staff to ensure seamless.

• Support business development efforts to onboard new clients and grow the PMS portfolio.

Qualifications & Key Skills:

• MBA (Finance), CFA, CA, or equivalent qualifications in finance and investment.

• Minimum 5-15 years in fund management, portfolio management, private equity, or broking.

• Strong understanding of Indian capital markets, equity research, and investment strategies.

• Excellent ability to analyze financial statements, economic trends, and stock market movements.

• Familiarity with SEBI regulations and compliance requirements.

• Strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, and industry experts.
