Along with the fund, Getfive group company is also a merchant banking firm based out of Mumbai & Ahmedabad. The firm is focused on IPO as well as fund raising through Private Equity and Debt. Address : Mumbai office – 407, Meadows, Sahar Plaza Complex, Andheri Kurla Road, Andheri (East) -400059 Present Role – Fund Manager – AIF Reporting –Managing Director/ Fund Manager Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments, including financial analysis, market research, and operational evaluations 2. Present recommendation to investment committee post due diligence 3. Regular market research for industry as well as competitive landscape for other funds 4. Responsible for preparation & delivery of monthly, quarterly, yearly investor reporting's for funds. 5. Co-ordinate with Custodian, Broker and bank for various market transactions and ensuring the smooth execution of investments 6. Communicating with Investors, potential investors, Managing Subscriptions and Redemptions along with relationship manager 7. Implementing fund's investment strategy and managing its investment activities 8. Regular review of investments executed by the fund and quarterly reporting the same to investment committee 9. Any other related ancillary work Qualifications: · Post-Graduation is compulsory ( MBA in Finance from Tier-1 college / CA) · Minimum Exp. of 3 years in related field · Proficient in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and due diligence · Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
