Functional Resource for Zestfloor EMS & Non- EMS Products.
Fresher (0-1 years).
Participate in requirements analysis and should have logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Communication and collaboration with technical teams.
Support configuration of MES modules under guidance.
Understand manufacturing processes and how MES integrates with Any ERP, SCADA, and PLC systems.
Assist in developing test cases and performing system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Help troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex problems to senior consultants.
Familiarity with databases, SQL, and scripting (optional but helpful).
Create basic documentation such as data flow diagrams, sequence diagrams and process flows using tools like Visio or PPT.
