Functional Specialist

Role: Functional SME – HubSpot & Shopify

Location: Remote (India Based)

Job Type: Contingent (Hourly)

Shift/Availability: 8 hours per day

Start Date: Immediate

About the Role:

We are looking for experienced Functional SMEs with strong hands-on expertise in HubSpot and Shopify tools within e-commerce, retail, and online shopping domains. The selected candidates will work closely with the project team to support digital marketing operations, campaign setup and execution, data analysis, and business insights.

Project Description & Responsibilities:

Working on HubSpot and Shopify platforms for campaign execution and optimization

Supporting digital marketing activities, including campaign setup and performance tracking

Performing data analysis and generating actionable insights

Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of e-commerce initiatives

Providing functional expertise and recommendations based on business requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree

Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience

Domain Background:

Digital Marketing (campaign setup & execution)

E-commerce / Retail / Online Shopping

Data Analysis & Business Insights

Tools & Platforms: Mandatory hands-on experience with HubSpot & Shopify

Language: English (mandatory)

Certifications: Not required
