Job Description

Skill: Functional DG Lead

Must to Have Skill: Informatica (On prem - Cloud data governance), CDGC, Collibra and Alation

Good to Have Skill: Exon and Azure

Exp level: 8 years to 15 years

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Enterprise Data Governance Leadership:

Define and implement governance frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure data quality, compliance, and regulatory adherence across the organization.

Tool Expertise & Implementation:

Hands-on experience with Informatica, Collibra, Alation, CDGC, and familiarity with Axon and Azure Purview for governance workflows and integrations.

Data Lineage & Metadata Strategy:

Build and maintain end-to-end data lineage and metadata repositories to enable transparency, traceability, and impact analysis for critical business processes.

Stakeholder Engagement & Governance Enablement:

Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology teams, driving governance adoption, resolving data ownership issues, and facilitating governance councils.

Experience & Leadership:

Minimum 10+ years in Data Governance and related technologies with proven leadership, strong communication, and change management skills.
