Job Description

As a SAP Consultant with 6+ years of experience, you will be responsible for handling complex projects within the SAP Logistics Execution (LE) and SD modules. Your key responsibilities will include: - Expertise in areas such as Intercompany Sales, Transportation, Shipping, Foreign Trade, Customs, Availability Check, IDOCS/EDI, user exits, and debugging skills. - Providing support to Global Business Process and Operational Divisions Teams, as well as partners managing data centers. - Being accountable for escalated solution issues and ensuring tickets are resolved, tested, and closed according to defined processes. - Analyzing release content and organizing testing processes effectively. - Validating recommendations and actions of partners in various factories. - Collaborating with Global Data Excellence and Business Process Leaders for problem-solving and enhancements. - Supporting deployments from scoping to transition to Application Management (AM). In addition to your responsibilities, you are expected to have: - Excellent communication skills in English to tailor messages effectively. - Strong teamwork and networking abilities. - Capacity to challenge partners and add value to relationships.
