Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Functional Consultant to lead requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and implementation of Dynamics 365 applications. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of business processes and hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure, customize, and implement Dynamics 365 modules (CRM/ERP as applicable).
• Conduct functional workshops, gap analysis, and process mapping.
• Collaborate with technical teams for solution design and integration.
• Perform system testing, UAT support, and user training sessions.
• Prepare project documentation, functional design documents, and process flows.
• Support implementation, deployment, and post-go-live activities.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant (CRM/ERP).
• Strong understanding of business processes such as Sales, Service, Finance, Operations, or Supply Chain.
• Hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 configuration, workflows, business rules, dashboards, and security roles.
• Ability to create BRDs, FRDs, and functional solution designs.
• Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is an advantage.
• Strong communication, documentation, and client-handling skills.
