Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced D365 Finance Functional Consultant to join our Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring and implementing the Finance modules of D365 F&O and a strong understanding of core accounting and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to financial operations.
Configure D365 F&O Finance modules General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash & Bank Management, Fixed Assets, and Budgeting.
Define and set up Chart of Accounts, Financial Dimensions, and Posting Profiles.
Support data migration, testing (UAT), and end-user training.
Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and customizations.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving functional issues.
Participate in Fit-Gap Analysis, design workshops, and implementation phases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of hands-on experience as a D365 F&O (Finance) Functional Consultant.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Experience with one or more full-cycle D365 F&O implementations.
Proficiency in configuring General Ledger, AP, AR, and Bank Management.
Experience in localization features (GST, TDS, etc.) is a plus.
Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Microsoft Certification (MB-310 or MB-300) preferred.
CMA, CA-Inter, or equivalent finance qualification is an advantage.
