Fullstack Engineer (Python + React)

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Fullstack Engineer (Python + React) who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and enjoys building scalable products from the ground up. As part of our agile and cross-functional team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and launching Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) using modern technologies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, production-grade applications using Python (backend) and ReactJS/Next.js (frontend).
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to rapidly deliver MVPs and production-grade applications under tight timelines.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices.
• Lead and contribute to technical discussions, architecture reviews, and cross-functional team decisions.
• Implement unit tests to ensure code quality and robustness.
• Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS or GCP.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems as needed.

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Fullstack development.
• Proven production-level experience with Python on the backend and ReactJS/Next.js on the frontend.
• Strong understanding and working knowledge of AWS or GCP cloud platforms.
• Experience with writing and maintaining unit test cases.
• Education: B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science/IT (BCA/MCA also acceptable).
• Prior experience in IT Services, Product startups, or niche consulting firms (e.g., ThoughtWorks, EPAM, Persistent, Happiest Minds).

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience with serverless architecture (AWS Lambda).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of modern DevOps practices, cloud-native deployments, and rapid prototyping.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).

• Experience in cross-functional teams and technical leadership is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
