Job Description

Principal IT Engineer Applications - Fullstack Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of fullstack web applications using
Java/Node.js, Spring framework, Angular/ReactJS, HTML, and CSS
.
Work in an
Agile/Product development
environment, ensuring adherence to best practices.
Collaborate with
senior leadership
to define and drive technical strategies.
Utilize
engineering tools
such as
GIT, Jenkins, and JIRA
.
Design and implement
service-oriented architecture and web services
.
Ensure adherence to
DevOps best practices
, including CI/CD pipelines and modern workflows.
Build integrations between large-scale enterprise systems.
Optimize applications for
accessibility (ADA compliance) and UI/UX best practices
.

Must-Have Skills:

8+ years
of experience in software development.
Hands-on experience in
Java/Node.js, Spring framework, Angular/ReactJS, HTML, CSS
.
Strong knowledge of
Microsoft Azure
(or similar cloud platforms like AWS).
Solid understanding of
DevOps principles
.
Experience working on
service-oriented architecture and web services
.
Excellent
communication, writing, and conflict resolution skills
.

Good-to-Have Skills:

US Healthcare industry
experience.
Experience in
UI/UX best practices
and accessibility standards.
Startup experience
, especially with companies like Amazon or Google.
Knowledge of
Automated Testing
and unit test case development.
Understanding of
EPIC
and related healthcare applications.
