Must-Have Skills: Strong programming expertise in Java and deep understanding of Spring Boot framework. Strong with Data Structures and Algorithms. Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions). Solid understanding of REST APIs , system design , and software engineering best practices . Exposure to distributed Cloud architectures and microservices-based development . Good understanding of scalability, fault-tolerance, and performance optimization. Familiarity with messaging systems like Kafka (preferred). Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployments (Docker). Knowledge of NoSQL storage solutions (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra). Experience in configuration server management for silent updates and dynamic configs. Hands-on with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus , ELK Stack , or equivalent. Awareness of cloud security best practices and observability. NOTE : 1. Candidates must be from companies which provide PF & Form 16. BGV will be done, if cleared then only deployed to the client. 2. Check roles & responsibilities, they should be related to development not into Java support or involvement or management. 3. Not accepting candidates with multiple offers in hand. 4.
