Job Description

Purpose of the Position:

The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying end-to-end solutions. This role requires extensive expertise in both front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across the entire stack. The developer will work on various projects, including cloud integration, data pipeline management, and leveraging large language models (LLMs) for advanced applications.

Key Result Areas and Activities:

End-to-End Solution Development:

Design, develop, test, and deploy comprehensive solutions that meet business requirements.

Front-End and Back-End Development:

Implement robust front-end interfaces using Angular, React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, and develop back-end services using Java and Python, REST API.

Database Management:

Manage and optimize SQL and RDBMS, including PostgreSQL, SQL Server.

Cloud Integration:

Integrate applications with cloud components, preferably on Azure AWS, ensuring scalability and reliability.

Data Pipeline Management:

Create and manage data pipelines for efficient data ingestion and storage, supporting various business processes.

Essential Skils:

Front-End Development: Proficiency in Angular, React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Back-End Development: Strong knowledge of Java and Python, including API creation and consumption, web frameworks, and security best practices.
Database Management: experience with SQL and RDBMS databases, particularly PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and MongoDB.
Cloud Technology: Exposure to cloud platforms, preferably Azure/ AWS, and integration with cloud components.
Data Pipeline Management: Experience in creating and managing data pipelines for data ingestion and storage.
Security Best Practices: Understanding of user authentication, securing APIs, and other security measures.

Desirable Skills:

Large Language Models (LLMs): Experience with LLM projects, including RAG, prompt engineering, and PEFT.
Additional Front-End Frameworks: Knowledge of other front-end frameworks like Next.js or Vue.js.
DevOps Practices: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker)
Version Control: Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
Agile Methodologies: experience working in Agile environments and using tools like Jira or Trello.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure), front-end frameworks, or back-end technologies are a plus.

Qualities:

Ability to collaborate effectively with different departments and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Proficiency in creating and maintaining technical documentation. Experience with documentation tools and best practices
Sincere and Smart working skills
