Role & responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms. Maintain a pipeline of prospective customers using CRM tools. Research market trends and competitor activities to discover new opportunities. 2. Client Engagement Initiate and build relationships with key decision-makers. Understand client needs and present tailored product/service solutions. Schedule meetings, presentations, and product demos. 3. Sales Conversion Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on negotiations. 4. Marketing Support Participate in trade shows, industry events, and promotional campaigns. Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, content, and lead nurturing. Preferred candidate profile Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Confident in client-facing roles and capable of handling objections. Target-driven with a proactive and self-motivated approach. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software (like Zoho, Salesforce), and digital tools.
