Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic startup team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of hands-on experience in building robust backend systems and APIs, with a focus on scalability and performance. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining backend services, ensuring seamless communication between our frontend and server-side applications.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.

- Optimize and enhance existing backend systems for improved efficiency and performance.

- Ensure security, data protection, and high availability of our backend systems.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

- Debug and resolve backend-related issues and challenges.

- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements using server-side logic.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements :

- 2-3 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, preferably in a startup environment.

- Strong proficiency in backend technologies such as Python, Node.js, or Java .

- Experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs .

- Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS services .

- Solid understanding of database technologies ( SQL, NoSQL ) and data modeling.

- Knowledge of server-side templating languages and front-end technologies ( HTML, CSS, JavaScript ).

- Understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.

- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git .

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Previous experience working in a startup environment is highly desirable.

- Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Knowledge of serverless computing and serverless frameworks.

- Experience with GraphQL and other modern API technologies.
