Job Summary:

We are seeking a Junior Full Stack Web Developer with a strong interest and skill set in frontend development and solid understanding of backend technologies. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with PHP, CodeIgniter, and modern CSS frameworks to create responsive, user-friendly web applications.

• Design and develop frontend interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap 5, Tailwind CSS)
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into responsive web layouts
• Assist in backend development using PHP and CodeIgniter (CI) Framework
• Build and maintain reusable code for future use
• Integrate RESTful APIs and handle AJAX requests
• Debug and resolve frontend and backend issues
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to clean, maintainable code
• Test and optimize websites for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Familiar with modern CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap
• Experience with PHP and the CodeIgniter framework
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control
• Ability to work in a team and follow agile development practices

Nice to Have:

• Preferred (Bonus) Skills:
• Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS
• Knowledge of basic JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue.js or Alpine.js)
• Familiarity with tools like Postman, Figma, or Adobe XD
• Understanding of SEO basics and performance optimization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
