Responsibilities · To work under the supervision of the Product Managers/Senior Applications Engineers to design, develop, test, deploy software programs using a variety of technologies and platforms. · To Participate in internal and client meetings as required to document software specifications, provide status updates on assigned work . · To prepare and deliver documentation for the software systems as required. · To provide internal and external training for the software systems as required. · To provide customer support to our customers on response to support tickets or requests for help received via e-Mail/Chat/Phone Calls. · To be available and provide On Call Level 3 (Development Team) Support based on a Rotation Plan. This is to augment the support provided by our dedicated Help Desk Team.
