Full Stack Web Developer

My name is Praramvik Das, and I represent Holiday On Hills, a travel and holiday experiences brand focused on curated tours, stays, and adventure experiences, primarily across NorthEast.

We are currently looking to partner with a skilled web developer to build and scale a high-performing website for Holiday On Hills. Instead of a standard client–vendor setup, we are interested in a long-term business partnership model that benefits both sides.

Partnership Proposal Overview:

• You would design, develop, and technically manage the Holiday On Hills website.
• The website will include tour packages, enquiry/booking systems, content pages, and future scalability for payments and automation.
• In return, instead of (or in addition to) an upfront development fee, we propose:
• Revenue sharing or
• Monthly profit-sharing, or
• A hybrid model (fixed cost + travelling perks)
