Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine optimization strategies and techniques, with the ability to enhance our online presence and drive organic traffic. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, creativity, and technical knowledge to optimize our website and content for search engines. Duties Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value opportunities for content creation and optimization. Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings on search engines. Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics. Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, images, and overall site structure for better visibility. Collaborate with content creators to ensure that all published material aligns with SEO best practices. Manage social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement while aligning with SEO efforts. Utilize tools like Google Tag Manager for tracking and measuring the effectiveness of SEO initiatives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies related to SEO. Qualifications Proficiency in HTML and CSS is essential for making on-page optimizations. Experience with SEM (Search Engine Marketing) strategies is preferred. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) to efficiently manage website updates. Strong research skills to analyze competitors and identify trends in the market. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus for creating engaging visual content. Experience in social media management to complement SEO efforts is beneficial. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
