Job Description

Full Stack Developer (3-5 Years) - Job Description Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong experience in end-to-end product development. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on expertise across the MERN and MEAN stack, Angular, .NET, Javascript,TypeScript and other modern open-source technologies. Experience with deployment and DevOps practices is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain full-stack applications with a focus on scalable, secure, and high-performance architecture.
Lead end-to-end product development, including requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-release support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of features and product releases.
Write clean, reusable, modular, and optimized code across front-end and back-end components.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural design sessions.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Implement deployment pipelines, monitor system performance, and ensure application reliability.

Required Skills & Experience

3-5 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.
Strong knowledge of the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
Hands-on experience with Angular and .NET technologies.
Experience with NestJS for building scalable server-side applications.
Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred).
Strong proficiency with Git and version control best practices.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization and application deployment.
Exposure to open-source frameworks, tools, and development practices.
Demonstrated experience in complete product lifecycle and end-to-end development.
Prior experience working in an MNC.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ownership and accountability.
