Full Stack .Net Developer

*Job Title: Senior Full-Stack Developer (SharePoint/.NET/React)*

Experience: 6–7 years

*Key Responsibilities*

1. Design and develop SharePoint Online solutions (SPFx web parts, extensions, frameworks) and integrate with Microsoft Graph/REST APIs.

2. Build responsive, accessible frontends in React/TypeScript (hooks, state management, routing, form handling).

3. Develop secure, performant backend services and APIs using .NET/.NET Core (C#), applying clean architecture and SOLID principles.

4. Model relational schemas, write optimized SQL (queries, views, stored procedures), and tune performance on MS SQL Server/Azure SQL.

5. Own solution architecture: high-level design, sequence/data-flow diagrams, trade-off analyses, and non-functional requirements (scalability, availability, security).

6. Deploy and operate apps in enterprise cloud environments (preferably Azure: App Service, Functions, Azure SQL, Storage, Key Vault); set up CI/CD (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions).

7. Ensure security best practices (OAuth2/OIDC with Entra ID/Azure AD, RBAC, secrets management, OWASP Top 10).

8. Convert business requirements/user stories into technical specs; estimate effort, plan sprints, and deliver incrementally.

*Required Skills & Experience*

1. 6–7 years of professional full-stack development, with:

2. 3–4+ years in SharePoint development (SharePoint Online, SPFx, PnP, Graph API).

3. Strong React/TypeScript (hooks, context, performance optimization).

4. Strong .NET/.NET Core (C#) for RESTful APIs and services.

5. Solid MS SQL Server skills (schema design, indexing, query tuning).

6. Cloud deployment in enterprise (“entity”) cloud environments—preferably Microsoft Azure.

7. CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions), branching strategies, and automated releases.

8. Sound understanding of software architecture patterns (layered/clean architecture, microservices, event-driven where relevant).

9. Excellent requirement analysis and stakeholder communication; ability to turn business goals into technical deliverables.
