Full Stack Lead Technologist

Role Overview: As an Associate Vice President at Pune, India, your role will involve a combination of hands-on coding and management responsibilities. Your key tasks will include leading and collaborating across teams, team management, mentoring and teaching, discovering and implementing new techniques, and setting an example for others. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a thorough understanding of the activities needed to execute the development/bug fix tasks. - Actively participate and contribute in Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint review, and Sprint retrospective meetings. - Engage in software and architectural design activities. - Lead the analysis, development, testing, and debugging/defect fixing for the assigned stories/bug fixes. - Recommend changes to enhance established java application processes. - Create necessary documentation for the project. - Ensure meeting SLAs for any assigned defects. - Achieve Development and delivery KPIs. - Be willing to learn new Java technologies as per project requirements. Qualifications Required: - 9+ years of combined experience in software development with deep knowledge of at least one modern programming language and proficiency in Agile methodology. - Hands-on experience in Core Java, SpringBoot, Spring, Hibernate/JPA, Java Caching mechanism, and Oracle database. - Good understanding of web technologies, frameworks and tools like HTML, CSS, Javascript, Angular, Bootstrap, React, D3, and Node.js. - Experience with Git version control system, Jenkins, Nexus, and Sonar. - Proficiency in Linux/Unix systems. - Familiarity with caching and streaming technologies is a plus. - Experience working with high availability and high performance systems. - Knowledge of release/deployment and application support processes (Incident/problem/change management, etc.). - Experience in performance tuning of applications is an added advantage. - Proficiency in Docker, Ansible, Chef, and/or Puppet is highly preferred. - Basic knowledge of Oracle database management system.
