Roles and responsibilities

• Work closely with the Founder to develop and enhance the 

  core modules

   of the product, spanning both frontend and backend.
• Understand and clarify requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals before implementing solutions.
• Take ownership of 

  end-to-end development

  , from designing UI components to building scalable backend APIs.
• Continuously improve the product’s 

  performance, scalability, and reliability

  .
• Participate in 

  daily sync-ups

   to discuss progress, roadblocks, and align with the overall development roadmap.
• Optimize codebase, implement best practices, and ensure maintainability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in fullstack development.
• Collaborate on system architecture decisions, database design, and deployment strategies.

Requirements

• React.js experience is a must

   – gained through internships, side projects, or current work experience.
• Solid understanding of 

  JavaScript, HTML, CSS

  , and frontend development best practices.
• Hands-on experience with 

  backend technologies

   (Node.js, Express.js, Django, or any backend framework).
• Familiarity with 

  databases

   (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Firebase).

• Good communication skills

   – ability to clearly articulate ideas, ask questions, and work collaboratively.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems efficiently, and adapt to new technologies quickly.
• Willing to 

  commit at least 3 hours per day

   and actively participate in daily sync-ups.
