Full Stack Engineer

You are a talented Full Stack Engineer who loves building innovative solutions. Here at Ywork.ai, a rapidly growing AI startup founded by an IIM-A alumni and an ex-DRDO scientist, you will have the exciting opportunity to shape the digital backbone of construction-tech innovation. Backed by leading VC firms from the UK and US, we are developing cutting-edge tools for the construction industry across both regions. As a Full Stack Engineer at Ywork.ai, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable APIs, backend services, and microservices, with a preference for Python/Django. You will also be developing responsive, high-performance frontends using React/Next.js. From database to UI, you will own features and collaborate closely with design, product, and AI teams to ensure fast and successful launches. Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, debugging, testing, and optimizing across platforms will be key aspects of your role. You will have the opportunity to ship fast, learn continuously, and strive for improvement. We are looking for someone with solid hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development, proficiency in React/Next.js and either Node.js/Express (MERN) or Python/Django, or similar stacks. A strong understanding of REST APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and basic DevOps is required. We value individuals with a passion for building, learning, and solving real problems, who can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience with cloud (AWS), WebSockets, or integrating AI models is a bonus. This Full-time Internship (3 months) with a PPO opportunity offers a salary of 25,000/month with PPO packages ranging from 4.8 LPA to 7.2 LPA based on performance. You will work from our Gandhinagar office in-person, with timings from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and no bonds attached. If you are still in college, you are free to participate in campus placements. The selection process involves a short assignment to assess your design skills, followed by a brief HR interview and tech interviews with the core team.
