Full Stack Developers

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks.
• Work on both

  frontend and backend

  technologies to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to implement features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services into applications.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and responsiveness.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting production issues.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and development trends.

Technical Skills Required

• Frontend:

  HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Backend:

  Node.js, Express.js, Java, Python (Django/Flask), or .NET.

• Databases:

  MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Firebase.

• Version Control:

  Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.

• Other Skills:

  REST APIs, JSON, Websockets, Authentication (JWT/OAuth).

• Preferred:

  Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP, CI/CD pipelines.

Eligibility Criteria

For Freshers:

• B.Tech/B.E. / MCA / BCA or equivalent degree in Computer Science / IT.
• Strong knowledge of at least one programming language (JavaScript/Java/Python).
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

For Experienced Candidates (1–10+ Years):

• Proven experience in developing full-stack applications.
• Ability to design architecture and mentor junior developers.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and scalable systems (preferred).

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

Salary Range

• Freshers:

  ₹3 LPA – ₹6 LPA (depending on skills & location).

• Mid-Level (2–5 years):

  ₹6 LPA – ₹15 LPA.

• Senior Developers (6–10+ years):

  ₹15 LPA – ₹30+ LPA.
