Full Stack Engineer - React + Django / GO / Node

The Opportunity:

As a Full Stack Engineer at PyjamaHR, you'll work across our entire development stack to build and enhance features that make recruitment easier and more effective. You'll collaborate with our product and design teams to create responsive frontends and robust backends that power our AI-enhanced recruitment platform. This role offers excellent growth potential as you develop your skills in both frontend and backend technologies while working with a product that's making a real impact.

What You'll Do:

• Build Feature-Rich Interfaces

  - Develop responsive, intuitive UIs using React and modern JavaScript

• Implement Backend Logic

  - Create reliable APIs and services using Django, Node.js, or similar technologies

• Connect with AI Services

  - Integrate with our AI capabilities to enhance application functionality

• Optimize Performance

  - Ensure applications are fast, efficient, and scalable

• Write Quality Code

  - Maintain high standards with proper testing and documentation

  - Work closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers

What You Bring:

• 3-5 years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with at least one backend technology (Django, Node.js, or Go preferred)
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation
• Basic understanding of database concepts and queries
• Knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Interest in AI applications and recruitment technology
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
