About The Role

We are seeking a hands-on Full Stack Engineer to own end-to-end features on a modern React front end and a robust backend (Django, Node.js or Go). You will build responsive UIs, design reliable APIs, and integrate AI capabilities that power core recruitment workflows. This role offers strong ownership, rapid learning, and a clear path to senior engineering responsibilities.Role & Responsibilities

Build responsive, accessible front-end experiences using React, TypeScript and modern state management patterns.
Design and implement secure, well-documented backend services and REST/GraphQL APIs using Django, Node.js or Go.
Integrate AI/ML services and third‑party APIs to enable features like candidate matching, ranking, and intelligent recommendations.
Improve performance and scalability through profiling, caching, DB optimization (SQL/NoSQL), and horizontal scaling patterns.
Deliver high-quality code with automated tests, CI/CD pipelines, containers, and participating in code reviews.
Collaborate closely with product, design and QA to translate requirements into production-ready features and mentor junior engineers.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

2-5 years of professional software development experience building web applications.
Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript; experience with responsive design and component-driven architecture.
Hands-on experience with at least one backend stack: Django (Python), Node.js, or Go.
Proven experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs (GraphQL a plus) and working with relational and/or document databases (Postgres/MongoDB).
Familiarity with Git workflows, unit/integration testing and containerisation (Docker).
Good communication skills, collaborative mindset, and a pragmatic problem-solving approach.

Preferred

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), container orchestration (Kubernetes) and CI/CD automation.
Prior integration work with AI/ML services or building pipelines that consume model outputs.
Exposure to observability tools, performance tuning and production incident response.
Experience in Recruitment / HR Tech domain or hiring workflows.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
