Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Full Stack Engineer-Java with Spring Framework at Arrk Group India, located in Navi Mumbai. The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development tasks. Daily responsibilities include software development, working with Java and the Spring Framework, designing and implementing new features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the performance and scalability of our applications.

What You’ll Work On:

• Build and maintain full stack web applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UI/UX, QA) to bring features to life
• Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code
• Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve performance
• Follow best practices around security, testing, and version control
• Contribute to technical discussions, reviews, and knowledge sharing

Technical Skill

Frontend:

• Strong understanding of HTML5, JavaScript.
• Working experience with React.js or basic Angular.

Backend:

• Solid hands-on experience in Java with Spring Framework

Database:

• Familiarity with MySQL or PostgreSQL

Version Control:

• Comfortable using Git

Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves):

• Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and AI tools.
• Experience with Python (Flask or FastAPI).
• Exposure to AWS or Azure cloud services.
