Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance client services. You will leverage new technologies and methodologies to address complex business challenges, all while maintaining a cloud-first and agile mindset. Your role will require you to engage in problem-solving and creative thinking to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet client needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Splunk, Elastic Stack (ELK), Grafana. - Strong understanding of data ingestion and processing techniques. - Experience with cloud platforms and services. - Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript. - Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Splunk. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
