We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in React, Next.js, and Node.js to join our team on a 3-month remote contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining scalable web applications with clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications using React.js, Next.js, and Node.js.
Design and build scalable APIs and backend services.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
Ensure best practices in coding standards, security, and performance tuning.
Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development.
Strong proficiency in React.js and Next.js (SSR, SSG, dynamic routing, API routes).
Solid experience with Node.js, Express.js and RESTful APIs.
Experience with Databases (SQL/NoSQL – e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Good understanding of state management (Redux, Context API, or similar).
Experience in Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker is a plus.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Prior experience working in startup/fast-paced environments.
Job Types: Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
