What you will do:

• Build high-performance, scalable React interfaces for data-heavy and real-time experiences.
• Develop robust backend services in Python & Go, powering insights, automations, and agentic workflows.
• Design clean, observable asynchronous systems, queues, pipelines, and APIs that are simple, predictable, and resilient.
  

The ideal candidate:

• Strong experience in building production-ready applications end-to-end, with expertise in React.js and scalable UI architecture.
• Solid backend fundamentals including REST APIs, data flows, and services; comfortable with SQL, with analytical DB experience a plus.
• Possesses an ownership mindset, cares deeply about readability, performance, and correctness, and enjoys instrumentation, tracing, and observability.
