Full-Stack Developer (React + Python/Django)

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js for frontend and Python/Django for backend development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable web applications, designing APIs, and integrating databases such as MongoDB and SQL.

You should be able to work independently, follow clean code practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, high-performance frontend applications using React.js, Redux, Hooks, and modern JavaScript.
• Build and maintain backend services using Python, Django, Django REST Framework.
• Design, develop, and optimize RESTful APIs for frontend and third-party integrations.
• Manage and optimize databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL Server.
• Implement secure authentication & authorization (JWT/OAuth).
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security across the application stack.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to convert wireframes into functional components.
• Write clean, reusable, and testable code.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile development processes.
• Deploy and manage applications on cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure—optional but preferred).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
• Strong expertise in React.js (Redux, Hooks, Context API).
• Proficiency in Python & Django (Django REST Framework).
• Experience with MongoDB (Aggregation, Indexing, Schema design).
• Solid understanding of SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/SQL Server).
• Experience with API development & integration.
• Good understanding of Git/GitHub, version control, CI/CD basics.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind/Bootstrap.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience with Docker, microservices, or containerization.
• Cloud deployment experience (AWS EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).
• Knowledge of TypeScript.
• Familiarity with AI/ML model integration (bonus).
