About the Role

DT7 Solutions is looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer who can take ownership of projects end-to-end. The ideal candidate should be strong in both frontend and backend development, skilled in system architecture, and capable of leading a small development team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality, scalable applications.
• Design and implement robust, modular architectures for web platforms.
• Develop dynamic and responsive UIs using React.js and TypeScript.
• Build and maintain secure backend services using Django and REST APIs.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using JWT / OAuth.
• Work on PostgreSQL database design, performance tuning, and optimization.
• Configure and manage Nginx for efficient deployment and load balancing.
• Manage GitHub repositories, enforce best practices, and review pull requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers and backend developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance and scalability issues.
• Define and maintain coding standards, documentation, and architecture guidelines.
• Participate in CI/CD, DevOps processes, and deployment automation.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies to enhance development efficiency.
• Contribute to hybrid mobile app development using React Native or similar frameworks (plus).

Required Skills

• Expertise in React.js, TypeScript, Django, PostgreSQL, and Nginx.
• Strong understanding of authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
• Experience in software architecture design and API development.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker (a plus).
• Good leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in hybrid mobile development (React Native / Flutter) is a plus.

Experience

• Minimum 4+ years of full stack development experience.
• Prior experience in leading a team is preferred.
