Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Follow-Up Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up with clients/customers, maintaining communication records, and ensuring timely updates across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly follow up with clients/customers through calls, emails, or messages
  • Maintain accurate follow-up logs and communication records
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely responses
  • Ensure prompt and professional communication at all times
  • Assist in scheduling and tracking tasks to closure

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (if applicable)
  • Prior experience in coordination or customer support is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025
