About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python, Django, and Flask frameworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences while ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively across teams, contribute to system design discussions, and deliver high-quality, maintainable code within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using Python, Flask, and Django.

2. Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services for web and mobile applications.

3. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and design concepts into functional interfaces.

4. Work on database schema design, data modeling, and performance optimization (PostgreSQL/MySQL).

5. Integrate third-party services, APIs, and internal systems to support business processes.

6. Conduct thorough code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure code quality and reliability.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps for end-to-end delivery.

8. Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks relevant to the company’s tech stack.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. 1–3 years of hands-on experience in full stack development.

3. Strong proficiency in Python, Flask, and Django frameworks.

4. Sound knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular preferred).

5. Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.

6. Solid understanding of RESTful API design, ORMs, and MVC architecture.

7. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment on cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

8. Good problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

1. Experience with Docker, Redis, Celery, or asynchronous task management.

2. Knowledge of microservices architecture and scalable system design.

3. Exposure to DevOps tools and automation frameworks.

4. Basic understanding of security best practices and data protection principles.
