Key Responsibilities 1. Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using Python, Flask, and Django. 2. Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services for web and mobile applications. 3. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and design concepts into functional interfaces. 4. Work on database schema design, data modeling, and performance optimization (PostgreSQL/MySQL). 5. Integrate third-party services, APIs, and internal systems to support business processes. 6. Conduct thorough code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure code quality and reliability. 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps for end-to-end delivery. 8. Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks relevant to the company’s tech stack. Required Skills and Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2. 1–3 years of hands-on experience in full stack development. 3. Strong proficiency in Python, Flask, and Django frameworks. 4. Sound knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular preferred). 5. Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL. 6. Solid understanding of RESTful API design, ORMs, and MVC architecture. 7.
