Job Description:

Enoylity Media Creations Pvt. Ltd. is actively looking for a Full Stack Developer who is passionate about building scalable and high-performance web applications. This role is ideal for someone proficient in both frontend and backend development, with strong hands-on experience in Next.js, Python, database integration, and cloud deployment using Hostinger, AWS (S3 and SES). This is a full-time, in-office position based in Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining web applications that deliver a seamless user experience and meet complex business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build responsive and dynamic frontend applications using React.js or Next.js with TypeScript.
• Develop and maintain backend services using Python, Node.js, with integration to databases and third-party APIs.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and manage data flow across applications.
• Integrate and manage databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL) with proper data modeling and indexing strategies.
• Set clear KPIs and SOPs for team performance and align goals across departments.
• Manage cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and editors.
• Implement technical processes related to analytics, delivery, and quality assurance.
• Resolve team conflicts and keep projects on track through disciplined workflow.
• Collaborate with upper management to create new tech-driven strategies that generate revenue.
• Ensure smooth delivery of high-quality, secure, and scalable projects on deadline.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a performance-driven organization.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Python, Next.js, and Node.js.
• Experience with database integration (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Ability to manage end-to-end deployment independently.
• Proven experience in technical project management, preferably in a web product environment.
• Experience in handling delivery and process planning, product strategy, data analysis, and security protocols.
• Exceptional ability to manage time, lead multiple teams, and maintain discipline among employees.
• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Computer Science, Business Admin, or related field).
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Nice to Have :

• Experience with Team Management.
• Familiarity with AWS.
• Prior experience in a product-based or performance-driven environment.

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed monthly salary: ₹38,000 – ₹50,000 (Performance-based incentives).
