Full Stack Developer

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of industry experience in full stack development.
• Proficient in Node.js and extensive experience with frameworks such as Express or NestJS.
• Strong experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MariaDB, or MySQL.
• Experience with noSQL such as MongoDB is a bonus.
• At least 3 years of experience with React.js, including a deep understanding of React Hooks.
• Experience with React Native is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud services.
• Proficient in using Git for version control.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Breaks down business and product requirements into manageable tech tasks
• Independently handles deployments and CI/CD pipelines
• Owns end-to-end implementation of large features or modules
• Performs code reviews and enforces coding standards
• Collaborates with team members and mentors junior devs
• Communicates clearly in internal discussions (client interaction not mandatory)
• Anticipates risks or blockers and flags them early
• Suggests architectural improvements and refactoring opportunities
• Ensures code follows best practices and is production-ready
