Position Details

• Role: Full Stack Developer (MERN + Python)
• Experience Required: Minimum 3+ Years
• Employment Type: Full-time | On-site

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain full-stack web applications using MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and Python (Django/Flask).
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Design and develop responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces.
• Write clean, efficient, scalable, and testable code following best practices.
• Collaborate with frontend, backend, QA, and design teams to deliver features on time.
• Optimize application performance for speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and participate in code reviews.
• Stay updated with the latest full-stack technologies, frameworks, and backend innovations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and Python (Django/Flask).
• Solid understanding of backend architecture, ORMs, and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
• Experience with Git, Linux environment, and Agile/Scrum processes.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
