Full Stack Developer (Mid-Level)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Develop scalable and maintainable full-stack web applications, including both front-end and back-end components.
• Code Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and reusable code that adheres to best practices.
• Collaboration: Work with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to define technical requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure optimal performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Integration: Integrate third-party APIs, libraries, and tools into existing applications.
• Code Reviews: Participate in peer code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for projects and systems.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on emerging technologies and incorporate new techniques to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Proficiency in back-end technologies: Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or equivalent frameworks.
• Experience with databases: SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).
• Familiarity with DevOps tools: Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.

Experience:

3–5 years of experience in full-stack development or a similar role.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and mentor junior developers.
