Must-Haves

• Currently working in a product-based company
• 2+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Solid hands-on experience with the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, ReactJS, Node.js)
• Strong proficiency in ReactJS & modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Solid backend development with Node.js
• Good experience with database management, preferably MongoDB
• Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs
• Strong focus on code optimization, performance, and best practices
• Prior experience working on e-commerce platforms or projects
  

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices
• Integrate front-end and back-end components seamlessly
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Troubleshoot and debug applications as needed
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing
