About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer specializing in the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack and Next.js framework. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building high-performance, scalable, and secure web applications, ensuring an excellent user experience on both the front-end and back-end.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack and Next.js framework.

Build and integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints for seamless data communication.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces.

Optimize front-end and back-end performance for scalability and reliability.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.

Manage and maintain cloud-based hosting environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure software quality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and project managers, to deliver on project timelines.

Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and frameworks in web development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience (3+ years) as a Full Stack Developer using the MERN stack.

Strong proficiency in Next.js for server-side rendering and static site generation.

In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, ES6+, and TypeScript.

Experience working with databases, specifically MongoDB, including schema design and optimization.

Expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs.

Hands-on experience with version control tools such as Git.

Knowledge of web application security best practices.

Familiarity with cloud services and deployment pipelines (e.g., CI/CD).

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with other frameworks like Redux, Zustand, or React Query for state management.

Experience with testing tools like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.

Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

Understanding of SEO optimization for Next.js applications.

Exposure to Agile methodologies and working in sprints.
