Responsibilities:

Technology Stack:Proficient in Ruby (Rails), React, Node, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Elastic
Alternatively, experience in comparable frameworks is acceptable
GitHub Submissions and Skills Test:Proven credentials through GitHub submissions and skills testing
Tech Enthusiast:A genuine passion for technology and coding; a true tech/coding geek
Co-Pilot Products:Comfortable and experienced with various co-pilot products, enhancing collaborative coding
Extreme Agile Methodology:Follow an extreme agile methodology where high-level discussions precede a build- refine- redefine- build- test- debug cycle
Feature Development:Manage the entire development cycle from wishlist (customer specifications) to delivery
Utilize design templates and maximize code reuse to expedite development
Customer-Centric Approach:Work with features defined from a customer perspective, refining and updating based on input from UI/UX/AI designers and front-end developers

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on Ruby (Rails), React, Node, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Elastic
Strong GitHub portfolio demonstrating past projects and skills
Comfortable with agile methodologies and iterative development cycles
Ability to collaborate effectively with UI/UX/AI designers and front-end developers
Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to new technologies
