Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and skilled MERN Stack Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing full-stack web applications. As a MERN developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and performant web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop full-stack web applications using the MERN stack. Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers to implement responsive and interactive front-end interfaces. Create RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end components. Optimize applications for speed and scalability. Manage MongoDB databases, including design, implementation, and maintenance. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack. Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies (scrum, sprint planning, retrospectives). Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in web development. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of professional experience as a MERN stack developer. Proficiency in: MongoDB (including Mongoose or native drivers) Express.js React.js (Hooks, Redux or Context API) Node.js Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration. Experience with version control systems (Git). Familiarity with front-end build tools like Webpack, Babel, or Vite. Basic understanding of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines (optional but preferred). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Firebase) is a plus. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
