Position: Full Stack Developer / Java Developer
Location: Kochi
Experience Level: 5+ Years

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of challenging and mission-critical tasks that are varied and complex.
• Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in architectural development activities.
• Create detailed design documentation and produce code quality matrix.
• Adapt tools, techniques, and processes for continuous improvement.
• Mentor team members and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Provide accurate task analysis, estimation, and reporting.
• Envision new system features and functionalities.
• Manage documentation effectively (Confluence, JIRA, etc.).
• Demonstrate specialized skills to deliver high-quality output.
• Take over lead responsibilities in the absence of the lead.
• Consult with Tech Leads when required for focused/broad assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Framework, and related technologies.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to handle complex tasks independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and mentoring abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
