Full Stack Developers (React.js & Node.js)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Innovate & Build:

  Leverage React.js and Node.js to design, develop, and implement scalable, high-performance web applications with seamless user experiences.

• Problem Solving:

  Apply strong analytical and debugging skills to break down complex technical challenges, optimize application performance, and deliver reliable, maintainable solutions.

• Set the Standard:

  Establish and promote best coding practices in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, and RESTful APIs, ensuring clean, efficient, and well-documented code through regular code reviews.

• End-to-End Development:

  Work across the full stack from designing intuitive front-end interfaces to building secure, scalable back-end services and integrating with databases.

• Collaboration:

  Partner with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Strong expertise in

  React.js, Node.js, and JavaScript/TypeScript

  .
• Solid grasp of

  DSA, OOP, and system design

  principles.
• Hands-on experience with

  full-stack development

  (front-end, back-end, APIs, databases).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred:

• Graduate (B.tech/BE) in Engineering or Science background (Other disciplines with demonstrated coding expertise are welcome).
