Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in building web applications using Python (Django), GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Next.js, and CSS. You should have worked on at least one large-scale real-time project, or multiple small-scale projects using this tech stack. You will be responsible for both backend and frontend development, API design, and collaborating closely with the product and design teams to build scalable and efficient applications.

Tech Stack

Backend: Python, Django, GraphQL (e.g., Graphene)
Frontend: Next.js, React, CSS
Database: PostgreSQL
Dev Tools: Git, Docker, REST/GraphQL clients
Bonus: Experience with WebSockets, Redis, or real-time features

Requirements

1.5+ years of professional experience in full stack development
Solid understanding of Django and GraphQL for building robust backend services
Experience working with PostgreSQL and writing optimized queries
Good understanding of Next.js, including SSR/ISR and API routes
Proficient in CSS (Tailwind or custom) and responsive design
Experience working on real-time projects or apps with live updates
Ability to write clean, reusable, and well-tested code
Familiarity with Git and version control workflows

Nice to Have

Prior experience working in startups or fast-paced environments
Knowledge of containerization (Docker)
