Full Stack Developer

As a Lead Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for the following: **Role Overview:** You will be leading the development of a high-impact digital identity platform in the BFSI domain. Your expertise in Java and Spring Boot for backend development, combined with Angular or ReactJS for frontend, will be crucial in designing and delivering robust APIs, data integrations, and responsive interfaces. Additionally, you will mentor a small development team and ensure CI/CD readiness. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and develop enterprise-grade backend services using Java and Spring Boot. - Build RESTful APIs with authentication, validation, and exception handling. - Develop and maintain responsive front-end modules in Angular or ReactJS. - Integrate and optimize data access using MongoDB or Oracle. - Participate in Agile sprints, story grooming, and sprint planning. - Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and track deliverables. - Collaborate with product owners and QA teams to ensure release quality. - Utilize Git and Jenkins for version control and CI/CD pipeline integration. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong proficiency in Java (Core + Enterprise), including Collections, Streams, Annotations, and Exception Handling. - Experience with Spring Boot and REST APIs for end-to-end API development and integration. - Proficiency in Angular or ReactJS, including Component lifecycle, routing, and state management basics. - Knowledge of MongoDB or Oracle for schema design, complex queries, and performance tuning. - Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript for responsive and accessible UI design. - Experience with Git, Jenkins for branching, PRs, build management, and environment handling. - Exposure to JUnit / Mocking for unit testing, service mocking, and test debugging. - Prior Agile delivery experience and small team leadership skills. **Additional Company Details:** This is a Full-time (Permanent) position based in Bangalore with a hybrid work model (23 days/week from office).
