Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Full Stack Developer (3+ years) with strong technical expertise and the ability to thrive in a client-facing role . The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications, while working closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions.

This role is ideal for a professional who combines hands-on development skills, problem-solving ability and strong communication to bridge the gap between technology and business needs.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop and maintain web applications using React, JavaScript, HTML and PHP Build and manage CMS-based websites leveraging Develop backend solutions using Java Spring Boot and PHP frameworks.

Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, present solutions and provide technical guidance.

Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployments and adopt best practices.

Implement configuration management and automation using Manage deployments on VMware and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure or similar)

Configure and maintain networking/IP settings to support applications.

Prepare documentation and deliver training/support to clients as required.

Qualifications & Requirements Proven experience in front-end development (React, JavaScript, HTML). with hands-on experience in Strong knowledge of for backend development.

Demonstrated success in a client-facing role , with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
