Full Stack Developer (1-5 Experience)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with expertise in Laravel to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Laravel and other PHP frameworks.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to implement new features and enhancements.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications.
• Ensure optimal performance, responsiveness, and security of applications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Candidate Profile

• Strong proficiency in PHP, Laravel, and Core PHP.
• Experience with CodeIgniter framework is a plus.
• Solid understanding of full stack application development (frontend & backend).
• Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Knowledge of application security best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Education & Experience

• UG Qualification: Any Graduate (B.Tech, B.E., B.Sc, BCA preferred).
• Experience: Prior proven experience in web application development is a must.
