About the Role Incuwise is hiring a Full-Stack Blockchain Developer to lead the end-to-end build of a new crypto intelligence platform under incubation. You'll be responsible for developing a real-time dashboard product with wallet analytics, on-chain verification tools, and NFT-based utility — powered by XRPL. This is ideal for a hands-on builder who enjoys full autonomy and solving both frontend and backend challenges — including smart contracts, blockchain data pipelines, and advanced Web3 integrations. Responsibilities Build the complete web app using React.js, Node.js, MongoDB Integrate with XRPL blockchain : wallet auth, token handling, escrow flows Implement NFT minting and marketplace features (perks, wallet sync, real-time access) Set up basic smart contract logic for multi-sig and verification flows Deploy platform securely on AWS or GCP Optional: integrate analytics APIs (e.g., Scorechain) for compliance insights Bonus If You Have Built a Web3 dashboard or NFT utility platform before Experience with tokenomics or gated access models Strong product judgment and ability to think like a founder Familiarity with XRPL wallets like XMagnetic.net 📍Important : This is a full-time, on-site opportunity .
